With over 25 years of experience, our Founder, Rondia Graves, has led an impressive career recognized by her core values, honesty, dependability and progressive thinking. She began her professional journey in Accounting and advanced to starting her own consulting company. In this time, she gained unparalleled experience working with start-up companies to achieve measurable organization, growth and success. With a professional legacy built on trusted relationships with referral partners, Rondia has been able to provide her clients access to the best advice and resources in the business.  Years of established relationships have led to the newest concept in business resources, Win Connect.  As Managing Partner, Rondia will change the way business is done, one partnership at a time.


Brad Stevens

Level-C Solutions was founded in 2009 by Brad Stevens.  Brad is a thought leader executive with a track record of helping companies build top line sales revenues, design and implement cost-effective Third-Party Staffing Solutions, and improve their bottom-line profits.  His primary focus is on the people part of a client’s business and believes… Good People are Easy to Find – when you know who you’re looking for and where to look.
